My house is on the market for sale. I am a smoker and at times have smoked in my house. One day last week, I had a realtor come through and then later call me and tell me that one of the main reasons the buyer didn't want my house was because it smelled like smoke. I contacted T-2 and decided to give their product a try. The very next day, I had 10 realtors that were on an 'realtor open house' tour of homes for sale come through my home. They All commented on how beautiful the house presented and how clean it smelled.
